Of course I tried it. Moreover, when I upgraded 6.3.2 to 6.3.6, the ability to add PBS storage to the GUI disappeared.
Further downgrade to 6.3.2 did not change anything - the opportunity did not appear. - mistake
UPD. Further downgrade to 6.3.2 added the ability to create PBS storage for the data center "entirely" and displaying information about backups and manipulating with them in pbs store became normal.
