Adaptec 6405 support in 2.6.35?

Our arrays on Adaptec 6405 controllers are not being recognized in the latest Proxmox 1.9 2.6.35 kernel, but work perfectly fine in 2.6.32 (great performance, btw, compared to 2405 which we used before). Is there any way this driver could be added? We much prefer the 2.6.35 kernel.

Thanks!

We're probably just doing something wrong, but we get a few kernel panics on our test machines in 2.6.32 that we don't in 2.6.35 - Various motherboards w/ i5-2500 CPUs and 16GB (4x4) DDR3 RAM.

Kernel panics with 2.6.32? do you get this?

Use our latest kernel from pvetest includes the fix and seems to work stable now. (pve-kernel-2.6.32-6-pve: 2.6.32-49)

yes, what is the question? use 2.6.32 and if you get any (unexpected) kernel panics, report it.

My original question was whether 2.6.35 would get the 6405 driver. You answered that. If/when I get another kernel panic on our 2.6.32 test boxes, I will report it.
