Hi,
I've just read about a security issue concerning almost all 64bit Linux kernels.
I was wondering if Proxmox kernels are vulnerable too?

I just saw the thread already opened about fixing this.
My question is , I'm using proxmox-ve-2.6.32.2 as my kernel that supports KSM. to which version I must upgrade to save the KSM support?

currently we have no fix for 2.6.32-2. but read the kernel security thread, maybe your system in not affected at all (I am not a security expert but if you do not have local users (standard proxmox) its not an issue).

btw, we plan to have a KSM capable kernel later this year.

what about proxmox with openvz enabled? are they affected with this security threat if I don't have any normal local users on my server?

you are using a non-openvz kernel - 2.6.32-2.
