5.4 to 6 update : server hangs

Hello.
Just updated from 5.4 to 6. Everything was worked fine, but then web ui has stopped responding, and i wasn't able to connect from ssh too. But all the lxc containers are continued to work, i shuted them down and hard reset the server.
Kernel log is full of messages related to pveproxy, i think it's a main cause.

Do you use zfs as filesystem?

Yes, i have some zfs pools and did «zpool upgrade», scrub after it was successful
