How can I enable the 3d acceleration to my VM to have a better performance?
 
IMHO this requires an enterprise grade GPU or PCIe passthrough.

If you just want to have the 3d acceleration you're familiar with products like VirtualBox, Parallels, VMware Workstation etc. ... please use them.
