2 Seperate Kernel Panics Halt Proxmox Servers

First kernel panic,

Keep in mind these are two separate servers. Have different errors for kernel panic.

I m trying to figure out why maybe you guys can help. It happens once in a while, it locks the machine up. After reboot it goes back to normal, then at some point it happens again. Running 2.1

Any ideas?

run latest stable kernel and test again.

two days ago updated to the latest Kernel running kernel: 2.6.32-16-pve. Will have to investigate it further.
