How can I remove one one of the options shown or force it to use the latest environment?

Edit: One more question: Would these 2 pve's share any changes made to the grub or kernal?
Just wondering because i'm trying to enable gpu pass through and my vm keeps saying "No IOMMU detected, please activate it."
