I have installed 2 times Proxmox on a pc and when I try to power on a VM says: Failed to run vncproxy
My pveversion-v is:
root@proxpve:~# pveversion -v
proxmox-ve: 6.3-1 (running kernel: 5.4.73-1-pve)
pve-manager: 6.3-2 (running version: 6.3-2/22f57405)
Hello everyone, I have seem to run into an issue that I cannot recovery from at this time.
Last week, I wanted to migrate a VM from one host to another. I tried to do so but was abrulplly told that it cannot happen due to the following:
Used shared storage 'QNAPISO' is not online on source...
Beginner question here so sorry in advance!
I am currently trying to create a VM running WINServer 2019 on proxmox on an old HP DL360 G7 server (Intel XEON E5450).
Unfortunately the processor doesn't support virtualization - so there obviously isn't any way to activate it in the BIOS...
Created a new VM with Windows 2012 R2. All Windows Update up to date as of March 2019.
Made a full clone of the VM (Clone #1) and started the clone no problem.
I sysprep'd the clone: sysprep /generalize /oobe /shutdown
Sysprep was successful and shutsdown.
I made another full clone of it...
