I'm testing a proxmox installation out of the box and stuck with connectivity from a (any?) virtual guest to my local network.
I have following setup.
[Gateway (10.0.0.254)] [Management Station (10.0.0.100)]
Whenever I try to perform basic network tasks like pinging a website (e.g., ping example.com) or updating packages with apt update, I get the error message: "Temporary failure in name resolution." This issue has been persisting for some time now, and it's causing problems with my system updates...
As of lately (a week or two, using 7.3 and the problem persists after upgrading to 7.4), when I migrate a LXC from a node (e.g. proxmox1) to another node (e.g. proxmox4), the LXC cannot connect/ping to, or be connected/pinged from, any LXC but those in the same, new node.

When try look at another node status - request https://node-a:8006/api2/json/nodes/node-b/storage/local/status - fail with error: 596 Connection time out
But if login on each nodes - status returned
Connection is direct, no any proxy...

I'm currently looking into building a new Proxmox cluster with Proxmox 5 to replace a proxmox 3 cluster, which will thusly also involve converting a bunch of (mainly Centos...
Hi. I hope there's someone who can spot something probably obvious to them, but which I keep missing for days and is keeping me from even getting to the actual task at hand.
We use LXC containers for our Jira system. In order to test updates to it, I set out to duplicate the container and...
