The problem has been that the configuration of the perc h310 was corrupted I have not been able to recover the data. I had to rebuild the raid

Investigating more I have discovered that if it discovers them physically, but not in the raid5 that I had already configured:

The default hp gen8 raid controller recognize all hdd's well:
