Hello, where you able to get this to work? I’m in Windows 10, using Spice as well, to remote into a Windows 10 guest. Spice with 1 montor works just fine.

Since this came up while I was searching the problem, I would like to post the following:
1 - Make sure qemu-ga is updated in the guest : https://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/virtio-win/direct-downloads/ (Keep this link around you)
2 - SSH into your Host run : qm guest cmd <VMID>...

Similar situation as OP:
How did you know qemu-ga running on the guest was outdated?, the reason why I'm asking is because updating the qemu-ga fixed my problem too.
