Well I have a revodrive and the proxmox kernel does detect it but the problem is it detects two drives instead of one, since it is two separate controllers in raid 0. You can join them up however if you install wheezy set up the software raid then install the proxmox repos and software.

Yah I tried that and get an error when it is in fstab. If I do a remount with that option it doesn't "stick". Is there something else a boot parameter to enable trim?

Ok i have looked in these forums and see that TRIM should be enabled in the kernel but when I try to mount something with the discard option the mount fails with invalid option. The file system is EXT4 so not really sure what else is needed.

No there is only one PCI slot on the mother board and it is sharing the IRQ with one of my built in NICS and a PCI express based SSD and it is a soundcard. I have managed to do what I wanted in a container though so the problem is kind of solved for me.
