strange for me too, my ssd are kingston . i suspect that doing webgui (or ssh ) on the same NIC (admin nic at 1GB) and xfer large ISO is the main cause for us.

zabbix , nagios etc are monitoring tool and only sampling tool ... if the outage occurs between two metrics : you will never see it !!! That the big problem with that kind of tools ... so no capacity/forcast managing of PVE infra. thank for your answer.

the updates to 7.1-12 and from kernel 5.13.19-6 to 5.13.19-15 has solved this awfull issue !!!
