Pass a SeaBIOS config message to guest vm via qemu?

Thank you, Oguz, I found the Seabios option "Rom-Bar" which fixes my issue when set to 0, false, or "off".

Pass a SeaBIOS config message to guest vm via qemu?

Hey Folks, I've been googling but my qemu skills are so new I'm sure I don't know enough to phrase the question. I'd like to find a way, in PVE 6.3.2 to tell the SeaBIOS of a guest vm "don't worry about trying to boot from those HBAs that I've passed through to you". I'm getting "MPT BIOS...

disks seen twice - PVE 6.3 on debian buster with multipath

I forgot to add just a suggestion for documentation. This article: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Buster could be improved by including suggested os/disk layouts for people who need to install debian first because of multipath hardware (cannot use the PVE installer)...

disks seen twice - PVE 6.3 on debian buster with multipath

I installed the multipath-tools via: apt...

New install onto a SAS dual path system

Yes, all disks show up twice. I understand, but what does this mean operationally? Does that mean bring in the second disk to complete a raid1 after the install is complete? How do I manually select the second disk? Also - the installer is 6.3-1 Thanks, SB

New install onto a SAS dual path system

Hello, I'm trying to install the latest PVE onto a host for which ALL disks are dual port SAS units. This system was formerly an Oracle Solaris box hosting ZFS. The dual ported SAS disks seem to confuse the installer. I try to make a raid1 array for the boot system (see images) but I get the...
