    VNC console is alternately shrinking and expanding

    Replying to my own message because the was my rookie mistake might save someone else some time. When I checked the settings on my noVNC windows, they were set to Auto Scaling. I set the Scaling mode dropdown to "Off". Problem solved.

    VNC console is alternately shrinking and expanding

    Proxmox 8.1.3 When a VNC console is opened, the video is alternately shrinking and expanding. I'm getting the same behavior on two different hosts, two different browsers (Firefox and Chrome), and different systems used to access the Proxmox GUI. What other things could I check? TIA Dave
