i removed some older snapshots and the performance seems to be back to normal with zvol before 10-20mb write in win10 vm, now up to 100MB same on zpool now up to 300MB write!!

the nvme is to reduce the load. without it was much worse. max load decreased from 25 to 12, but always the disks are in use, the load is growing insane. we have a second system, newer, with the same disks not causing load above 4

please advice how to improve vm speed and lower zfs load

nothing for sensible people:) just dont think about changing zfs pools except adding drives or mirrors hardware is cheap and easy to replace
