    Do you mean you freeze out of PVE management SSH and Web interface? If so, can you try to disable firewall temporarily to see if issue persists? (wiki article) I believe that it drops packets at some point, but I can be wrong.

    What's your network topology? Have you tried disabling firewall with pve-firewall stop? (wiki link)

    Usually it's a firewall issue, try using pve-firewall stop (wiki) to temporarily disable firewall and then try connecting to these VMs again
