So 3 servers with crossover cables.

Proxmox has proved time and time again that they are people just like us.
Have fun with the excellent product that we call Proxmox...
I think, at this point any type of custom naming convention is better. A lot of times I find myself deleting vm120 for example, but have a backup of it that I can use for future Linux templates. Then upon creation of new vm, the original Linux template backup will get lost in the name scheme, or...
+1 for thisI'm not sure if this can cover Snapshots as well, but definitely +1 for the backups.
This other post has some other +1 members, I just don't know how to request the feature properly.

Was there ever any advancement in automatic restoration from Snapshot based on or schedule or CRON?

Do a Google search for "Linux format 3tb". Any of these instructions using parted will work.
Reformat the drive as ext4. It should work better.

This issue is not present when doing a quick reply. But it was present doing a "full" reply from within a current forum posting.
The "quick" reply insert image works, however, the "full" reply Manage Attachments button did not work.

Am running 6 - 2TB drives on Omnios/Napp-IT ZFS. That system only has 8gb RAM, so it's not beefy, but it has pretty good I/O. This is all running over bonded NICs. This node doesn't really have much load or I/O in comparison to the node that has the Zoneminder servers on...

@SpiritAre you using the mergeide before running Disk2VHD?If not, then maybe the only thing that needs to be done is to run the Disk2VHD in XP Mode.My assumption is that the vhd provided by Windows 7 for XP Mode does not include the shared resources/files which are needed for XP to run...
