Ok soI have been playing around, and I see the time on the response is always 2Hours behind my time, even though the server's time now matches my pc's time. So it's as if the ticket expires even though it was just issued... Can you please advise if you know what might be causing it?

Would that happen if there was a time difference between my pc and the server? I assume so?

Ok so I was able to find the options in the quarantine for the "From address" for the spam report... Couple of questions... 1. When are spam reports sent out? 2. can I make the spam report "from" email spesific to each domain? i.e. I get a mail from spam@mydomain.co.za and freddie get's one...

How can I check this? I don't think our user's are getting a report like this?

Would it not be practical for there to be a way to view previous emails, and teach SA based on that? I know Mailscanner FE managed to include this quite effectively in their cPanel plugin which also uses SpamAssassin
