How about my feature request to add subject information (as been able to be added to the mail.log by adjusting postfix a bit). Same for the envelope from (instead of the technical from) for e.g. newsletters or mails originating from ESP like Amazon SES, Sendgrid and others.

What you're looking for requires to adjust PMG SpamAssassin config for your needs. So you need to know, what you're doing, you need to know, how to create your own template files and you need to know, how to write the tests for and activate this plugin...

You will get dependency errors and loose Plesk support by installing PMG on the Plesk server, so I don't recommend to do so. Maybe you could try to run PMG via Docker on the Plesk server, but that's as well strongly not recommended. You should install two separate hosts or try to migrate the...
