Hi, I am having a look at this product and I am in doubt:

- Do I need to install it on a separate server other than the mail server?
- Can it run under a Plesk server.
- Can I use it for different domains?
- What advantages do I get from the enterprise repos that I don't get from the community ones?

Thanks in advance

yes PMG is meant to run as a mail proxy between your perimeter and your mailserver

- Can it run under a Plesk server.
not too much experience with plesk - but I would recommend to run PMG in a environment (lxc container, vm or bare metal) of its own.
you can install PMG on top of debian (buster) - you could maybe also install plex there, but as said - easier and less complex to have
them separated

- Can I use it for different domains?
yes this is easily configurable

What advantages do I get from the enterprise repos that I don't get from the community ones?
better tested software and depending on your subscription level support via our enterprise support portal

I hope this answers your questions

You will get dependency errors and loose Plesk support by installing PMG on the Plesk server, so I don't recommend to do so. Maybe you could try to run PMG via Docker on the Plesk server, but that's as well strongly not recommended. You should install two separate hosts or try to migrate the setup you "learned" by PMG (on Blacklists, SpamAssassin settings etc.) to your Plesk installation (however, you will loose the GUI and many other usability advantages).
