When a VM is created certain fields such as "BIOS" is set to a default value, with the value always having (default) next to it.
Is this hard coded into Proxmox or is there a XML/Template file that can be adjusted for new VM's to have a different default value, such as BIOS being set to...
If you removed the VM from Proxmox GUI this will have deleted the HD's attached to this VM along with any data.
If you have the VM xml files then all you have is a small array of the configuration of the VM, CPU / RAM / NETWORK / attached resources and nothing more than that, so not sure what...
No as jewel tuntables requires kernel 4.5+, Proxmox currently runs 4.4, so have to run on the old turntables or your have issues with KRBD clients.
Once Proxmox moves to a kernel 4.5 or above then Jewel tuntables can be used.
Have you checked all your SSD's / RAID / BBU Health.
I may be wrong but the graph just shows amount of read and write data overtime hence the slope which is fairly consistent.

Your need to manually edit the QEMU file to add this disk to the new VM.
1/ Make sure both VM's are shutdown
2/ In SSH go to : /etc/pve/qemu-server
3/ "cat 105.conf"
3/ Select and copy the line containing "vm-105-disk-2"
4/ "nano 123.conf"
5/ Paste the copied line into the 123.conf...
