Are you trying to create seperate networks? Maybe you can try VLANs. You can create several vmbr Bridges, they are a sort of networkswitches, each with their own subnet. But only one can have a Gateway (internet). So maybe you have to add routes in your router/firewall.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but routed config is for running pve at a hosting provider. If you are running pve at home on a local network than routed config is not for you. Why do you need routed config?

Why do you have an ip address on enp1s0 ? On my proxmox server that interface is empty. I have ip address and gateway configured on vmbr0.
