    Best configuration: Disable RAID hardware and expose direct the HDDs to the linux system (HBA mode) and make a RAID10 F2 with mdadm. You will get: Capacity 2x 1.92TB, Read Speed 4x drives, Write Speed 2x drives plus you can loose 2 drives and you're still online.

    If you have CPU usage at 60% inside the VM you have to check the process that are using the CPU inside the VM in Task Manager > Details, order by CPU%, that's not a Proxmox issue.

    Inside the VM CPU is always at 19%? It is almost the capacity of 1 core. Can you check the details tab, order by CPU% and look if there an application at 18-19%?

    Are you sure these flags are supported by your Host CPU? flags=+hv-evmcs;+aes Inside the VM the CPU is 0% while you saw 60% from the proxmox web ui?

    Just deleting ISO didn't broke Proxmox web gui. Anyway just for the VM you can delete the line with the ISO by editing the VM config file, for example: nano /etc/pve/qemu-server/100.conf Than you can boot the VM.
