I recently worked through the upgrade to 7.1 from a fully functioning 6.4 install. I'm missing the repositories option in the web interface and am also missing the ability to add a TPM to a VM during the creation process. Not really sure where to even start in hunting down why I'm missing these...

I was able to find it and reinstalled it as you said and now it's able to successfully run apt-get update again. I appreciate the quick assist on this one!

Aside from running updates on it roughly a week ago I haven't actually touched the server. I've just been letting it be while on the holidays which is why it's kind of odd that it just suddenly started failing. I'll try following through on your suggestions soon and let you know how that goes.
