Missing Options After 6.4 to 7.1 Upgrade

I recently worked through the upgrade to 7.1 from a fully functioning 6.4 install. I'm missing the repositories option in the web interface and am also missing the ability to add a TPM to a VM during the creation process. Not really sure where to even start in hunting down why I'm missing these. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

Try to do a full reload of the GUI with Shift+F5 or so. Most likely the old GUI is still cached by the browser.

That is usually always a good idea after an upgrade.

I didn't even think to try that! That resolved the issue for me.
