I'm running 4 Ubuntu 18.04 virtual servers (vm101 / vm102 / vm103 / vm104) using Proxmox VE and in my data-center I have 32 GB RAM 1 TB storage all servers are working perfectly .

so if I shutdown (B) without deleting , can I use (B)'s RAM on new vm (A) if I created with 16 GB ,
will it grab (B) 's RAM to (A)...
