I think you're asking how the volume was originally created? It was added from the gui to a container that no longer exists. Then it was added to multiple other containers via CLI.
The volume is excluded from backups by unchecking the backup box in GUI.
I have a container with a bind mount which is not included in the backups. When I try to restore the container, I get this error:

I just dealt with the same thing. You'll want to find out which groups own those devices on the host and map their Id's to the same groups in the container. For example, on my host, the devices are owned by video and render and their id's are 44 and 104:
