I think you need to blacklist the Intel Driver for the Proxmox VE Host, which also means you need another GPU for the Host, since the VM uses it already... I don't need the VM to have a real Display Connected to it, I only need the Quick Sync Hardware of the Intel UHD 610 for my Plex Server
