I updated to PVE 8.2.2, which updates the kernel to version 6.8, removed my custom kernel parameters, and all is working correctly.

[SOLVED] [Proxmox 8] [Kernel 6.2.16-4-pve]: ixgbe driver fails to load due to PCI device probing failure

I have an update for anyone who comes across this thread in the future. Shortly after my last post, I came across this thread. It has exactly the solution I needed! Here is the important part: Personally, I used the "pci=realloc=off" kernel boot parameter and it's been solid. I also tested the...

[SOLVED] [Proxmox 8] [Kernel 6.2.16-4-pve]: ixgbe driver fails to load due to PCI device probing failure

Thanks for the suggestion, @fortechitsolutions. I tried adding the pcie=noaer boot parameter to no avail. I re-read this thread again and I think we are experiencing different issues. As @bjorn-helgaas pointed out, the OPs issue ended up being the ECAM/MCFG issue, whereas yours is something...

Hello, I've been using TrueNAS (previously FreeNAS) to serve iSCSI storage for my PVE VMs to use. It seems that whenever I make a configuration change in TrueNAS to anything related to iSCSI (eg remove, add, or change size of an extent), even if it's a change that is not related to an extent...

[PROXMOX 6.0] iSCSI LVM ERROR: create storage failed: error with cfs lock 'file-storage_cfg': device is already used by volume group '[unknown]' (500)

ravmeister, were you able to get this resolved? I have had the exact same issue since upgrading to Proxmox 6. Was never a problem for me in PVE 5. Richard, what should we look for in the filter settings?
