    Hmm i am not able to export the mail in outlook in another format.. :-/ But that would be a huge security problem if specific formats could cause the filtering not to work... :-/

    Yes, sent the mail again from this single user and the same is happening. It gets through and does not get quarantined. No, this is an external mailserver.
