Please check the above snippet which I got during booting up my proxmox. How to get resolved without losing existing data.

Your Proxmox VE is many years out of support and vulnerable to a lot of things. Please install a supported version like 9.2 and restore from backups.

1. Thanks for quick response. Can you tell me What are the cuases which leads to this similar crash and how to get backup.
2. we are installing proxmox on top of baremetal directly to create multiple(i.e thousands in number) Hardware Emulators.
3. If this crash occurs we will lose huge amount of data along with configuration.
4. So How to get data back while this kind of issues occured(GRUB).
5. Definitely we will consider point "Upgrade to 9.2".

Two days ago, my Proxmox VE 7 installation, which was over four years old with the latest updates available up to EOL and only one user (root), was encrypted, and a ransom was demanded for decryption. If you are not able to keep you production systems updated you shouldn't run server systems, end of story.

The idea of backups is to make then before problems happen. If you want someone else to read and summarize the forum about similar issues, I would suggest a ChatBot/LLM or paying someone for support. The volunteers might want to spend their free time on other issues (on supported versions).
