Proxmox won't install... it's Без имени11.pnglooking for a disk... it's unclear which disk it's looking for (ISO).
 
Hi,

please try writing the ISO to the flash drive in a method described in our admin guide: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#installation_prepare_media

So best would be to just use plain dd. Ventoy is known to be troublesome, and things like unetbootin won't work either.
Also please verify the checksum of the downloaded ISO, and maybe try another flash drive (they can go bad quickly).

Providing information about your hardware can be helpful too.

I had this issue with one server (not a PowerEdge), but it was due to some USB ports not being recognized by Linux (they worked on BIOS and GRUB).
I had to plug the pendrive and the keyboard with a hub in the internal USB port to proceed with the installation...
But if you have iDRAC it's probably an easier way to do the installation.
 
This happens to me sometimes in some old servers.
The solutions that sometimes work are:
1- Install a previous version an upgrade
2- Install a debian and adapt to proxmox
The solution that always work is bun a disc and boot from de CD/DVD reader

I runn newest proxmox on r740xd. Use R740xd in both VE and PBS.
Boots fine from either idrac mount and usbdrive made by Rufus 4.xx

I say update to latents bios and idrac with lifecycle, Then totaly reset it.
