Hi,

It's not the GC that will decide your the deleted files go to your trash bin, it's the QNAP…

This shows that the backup server is using 213G in total, so your issue is not caused by prune or garbage-collection.

Can you help me with some commands to well understand my situation?

I'd start with

cd /mnt/BKP-Pol-One
ls -la

Then you can inspect the size of directories with du -sh directory

yes, that sounds like a bug - might be some matching that is too strict, or some permission related problem - I'd say it's cosmetic only though, even if misleading
