[SOLVED] unable to get CRON to work

no a server guy trying to learn

I am unable to get this to work
0 8 * * 1-5 usr/sbin/qm start 210
0 18 * * 1-5 usr/sbin/qm shutdown 210
0 8 * * 1-5 usr/sbin/qm start 800
0 18 * * 1-5 usr/sbin/qm shutdown 800

its like it doesn't even try - i have trying without the "usr/sbin/qm" as well
root@ARMS:~# qm list

root@ARMS:~# which qm
/usr/sbin/qm

and i cannot find any logs to help me self-help
