1. Are you doing any passthrough of any PCI device that may be effecting the disk controller?
2. Have you tried changing out that NVMe disk for another one?
3. Have you tried running another OS (plain Debian maybe) on the same HW without any errors?

I'm not sure what that means in response to my question of PCI passthrough (language issue?). But if you are doing passthrough of a PCI device that maybe affecting the NVMe drive - see here. Try stopping that PCI passthrough & see if the errors stop.
Your
smartctl output does not prove that your disk is OK.Been known to have problems (as yours did) - FW update may not solve these. As I said above try a different disk.
That is a much better choice - an enterprise disk that has PLP (power loss protection) & 1.3 DWPD (drive writes per day for 3 years) as shown here.
