How to enable virtualization in vm ?

I have a problem while installing Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud with Ubuntu 10.04, it doesnt recognized the kvm.

I did checklist the kvm hardware virtualization. Can you help me with this problem ?

that is nested virtualization? currently not supported under pve afaik.

yes, not supported. this would require a newer kernel - I expect this feature end of year (earliest), but all tests so far shows that nesting is not that fast and stable. generally, its working better on AMD based servers. if you want to experiment, install a 3.2 or newer kernel on Proxmox VE (on a AMD server) and use cpu=host for your guest.
