Add custom scripts using dab

how do I go about adding custom scripts in the dab process and still maintain the integrity of the final applicance.

I am sorry for not providing more detail. I'll try my best to keep it short

e.g I have an automated script that will do an install for a custom application, a server admin script that is web-based.

How would I add this script using dab during the creation of a template.

If you do not give the details you have to look by yourself - but its quite easy, just analyze the examples, see here.
