Hello, today a try to create new vm and got error TASK ERROR: unable to create VM 120 - zfs error: got signal 11

Have you other errors like harddisk or filesystems? Have you recently updated and not restarted the machine, maybe try that first?

still segfaults are not normal - I'd suggest to run memtest on the system for a while to see if the memory is ok
