hatte nur
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve buster pve-no-subscription
hinzugefügt und das scheint auch funktioniert zu haben

gesamt habe ich in der sources.list jetzt folgendes stehen
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian buster main contrib

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian buster-updates main contrib

# security updates
deb http://security.debian.org buster/updates main contrib

# proxmox
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve buster pve-no-subscription
