Ceph rbd pool or Erasure coding Pool

I have created two pools in my proxmox cluster of 4 nodes for testing

1. rbd pool
2. erasure coding pool

What do you guys recommend for storing VM. My nodes are connected via 10G

My erasure coding pool is
k=3
m=2
plugin=jerasure
technique=reed_sol_van

and my rbd pool size is 3/2 and both the pools have 128 pgs each
and I have total 16 osd in a cluster

Erasure code is not tested and therefore not supported by Proxmox.
