Does not receive emails

hello,

I am installing a zimbra server with proxmox, the mails go out but do not go in, the configuration is as follows;

Relaying

default relay => zimbrasrv.domain.cl
relay port => 25

Relay Domains
relay domains => domain.cl

Ports
External SMTP port => 25
Internal SMTP port => 26

Transports
Relay domain => domain.cl
Host => zimbrasrv.domain.cl
Protocol => SMTP


when i try to receive gmail mail i get this error => 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

and logs the PMG is

Probably unrelated - but if your default relay is already set to
zimbrasrv.domain.cl
you don't need to create an extra transport

else - do you have recpient verification enabled?
does the mailbox you're trying to send mail to exist on zimbra?
please provide more complete logs

R: yes, I send emails to gmail and they reach me without problem.

Thanks, but configure what you told me, but it did not work. I'll try taking out the pmg and see if it works with the zimbra directly.

Hello,

I want to report that I found the error, this corresponds to the firewall, it had a rule that prevented the complete connection between proxmox and the internet, with this when the emails had to arrive from the internet through the firewall, this did not allow the connection to proxmox.

that's why it gave me the error.

550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
