Can't delete not existing VG in WebGUI

Hi,
I deleted a Volume Group and i wanted to delete it in "Storage" too, but it doesn't work because WebGUI wants to disable it but it is already deleted.
How can I do to workaround this problem?

Just edit /etc/pve/storage.cfg

I've added a new ethernet (1Gb) card to my Openfiler Server, and my NFS storage definitions are pointing to the the old (100Mb) IP...
So, can I just edit one entry in this file to change the IP of an existing storage definition ??
Is restart of the ProxMox needed ??

I guess a restart is necessary if the old one is already in use.
