BTW 2.6.32-23 is very outdated! You should update your system (and look for the hint from acidrop).

2.6.32-32 is ok ( I think the latest is -34).

some people use the 3.10 in production (without openvz of course).
I don't find the right thread, but if I'm remember right, spirit used it since an long time in production.
