ISnapshot or backup are basically only a different action that needs to be executed per VM. So a copy of backup job scheduler but for making snapshots would be fine. Manual actions could be triggered with "run now" button. So no new "bulk action"...

It is probably not warrented for maintenance, but if a node is down, Pulse can not then monitor the rest of the cluster.
