Was läuft den in der Appliance? Teste einen Import nach PVE und installiere die qemu Agent Tools. Linux sollte relativ problemlos sein. Für Windows gibt es hier auch genügend Threads. Ansonsten entweder einen Esxi bis zuletzt laufen lassen oder...
