I found the issue. When I updated proxmox, it also updated the truenas proxmox plugin which changed a ton of options on one of my mounts. Pretty much reran the configurator for my iscsi mount and it fixed it. Thanks for all the help all! -

I prefer to do the autopurge after a reboot - some time back I did that after a kernel update but before a reboot and it caused me a lot of issues. I just separate the the steps since then.

You could try some other options such as pcie_aspm=off and pcie_port_pm=off, but honestly I'd plug the card into another pc and check if it works there. -

I think between setting the NICs to 100g rather than letting them "autonegotiate" (which is a misnomer because the only speed it's ever going to negotiate with this cabling is 100g), and all the other variables, probably got us to stability...
