Hey,
i am running a 3 node PVE + Ceph Cluster on 3x Minesforum MS-A2.
The nodes are running identical hardware.
On one of the 3 nodes
At supposedly random times one 2.5Gbit Port on a RTL8125 2.5GbE Controller (rev 05) NIC disconnects.

PBS also has a way to avoid the hashing overhead via metadata-based change detection (for file based backups, i.e. container and host). but it also requires a baseline snapshot to exist as source of information of the "previous" metadata to...
@fabian
So everything was fine for a couple days, then I thought I would reboot nh5 to make sure things came back up ok (and checking before doing upgrades).
But when it rebooted, it had the same issue. I am able to recover it by doing this...
now i understand why you are using newer rust - at kernel.org, they even seem to use/recommend rust 1.95 for 6.12+ kernels

Hello Fabian,
After further testing, I can confirm that the problem is not related to Proxmox, neither the kernel, nor the LXC.

@fabian your list of packages and your pointer was very helpful.
turns out that the problem is being cause by different versions of rust or llvm toolchain.
i see that you have
libllvm21 (= 1:21.1.8-3~bpo13+2),
libpopt0 (= 1.19+dfsg-2)...

Hi! This is a little archaeology after 2y but I had (to the details) setup and exitnodes-local-routing was just broken – causing asymmetric TCP traffic just like you described.

What you want for an OS/VM pool is random Read/Write IOPS. Striping your drives will always be faster than mirrors/RAIDZ (speed vs. reliability/parity..) but having drives with good random IOPS makes a much bigger difference.
Practically this...
raidZ1 is known to not be good for IOPS: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/fabu-can-i-use-zfs-raidz-for-my-vms.159923/ . And your drives might be consumer drives without =1&c[nodes][0]=16&o=date']PLP. Lots of threads about disappointing (write)...

Your df -hT showed 27G out of 32G used on root (/) before.
With about 2.5G cleared by removing 6.* kernels and autoclean, du -sh / should now show roughly 24.5G. Correct?
Did you already traverse through the folder structure to find out where...
