Further testing has confirmed that the issue recurs after applying this update… Reinstalling the package with a specific version resolves the issue. I wonder if they'll release a fix... apt list --upgradable libpve-common-perl/stable 9.1.9... -

This cannot be done from the GUI. If this is a non-boot pool, using zpool replace -f is fine. However, I would recommend specifying the new disk via /dev/disk/by-id/ as well. If this is a boot pool, you will need to follow the additional steps...

I found that the pvestatd service was not running after a 6.4-13 to 7.0-11 upgrade. Just did a 'pvestatd restart' and the grey questions marks turned to the green icons. Not sure why this happened but it seems fine now.
