After changing the name of pve lvm in the shell with
vgrename pve pve1
And updating the name in the storage.cfg
nano /etc/pve/storage.cfg (and running systemctl try-reload-or-restart pvedaemon pveproxy pvestatd)

Langfristig wäre es besser für das Proxmox System und die VM kein ZFS zu verwenden sondern einen Hardware-RAID und diesen dann mit SAS Server SSDs? Dann wäre auch kein SLOG und CACHE nötig...
